You have found a work of art in an art catalog or you are interested in an individual commissioned work? Then contact me as a first step completely without obligation by e-mail. I am happy to assist you on the way to your personal artwork.

Within 24 hours I will get back to you and provide you with all necessary and additional information about your artwork. If you have any further questions about the artwork, now is the ideal time to answer them. Whether it is the framing to match your decor or even a virtual preview of the artwork in your home. For this purpose, I can put the artwork digitally on request to its later destination, so that you already get an impression in advance - of course, completely without obligation and free of charge.

Payment

Payment is made in advance, after all your questions about the artwork have been answered and I have sent you the invoice. As payment methods you can choose between bank transfer or PayPal.

Shipping

After receipt of payment, the artwork will be shipped to you. For this purpose, the canvas is provided with edge protectors and wrapped in bubble wrap. Together with a sturdy outer box, the artwork is now ready for its journey to any place in the world. The artwork will be shipped by carrier. You will of course receive a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment at any time. Feel free to contact me for an individual estimate of shipping costs and duration.

Return shipping

To avoid a return shipment from the outset, I offer you at any time and completely without obligation, your artwork before shipping digitally to its future destination. This way you can get a first impression of your artwork at home. If you still don't like the artwork, you can send it back to me within 14 days after it has arrived. The costs for a return shipment are to be borne by you.

Commissioned work

You are looking for a piece of art for a specific moment or player? I will gladly create a commissioned artwork according to your ideas. Contact me at any time by e-mail to info@fvh-art.de and tell me your ideas. In addition to your desired moment or player, I would also like to include artworks from my catalog, whose style you would also like for your artwork. So I can develop a non-binding concept for your artwork, which will first be discussed with you in the form of sketches. After we have found a concept that meets your ideas in terms of motif, size and price, I implement this final. Of course, I let you participate in the entire creative process in the form of photos of intermediate states, so that you are part of your work of art from the idea to the completed work. Payment for commissioned work is 50% before implementation (ie after the full agreement of the concept with you) and 50% before shipment.
